• We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings, especially in handcrafted and oxidised jewellery.
• All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and all major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, and netbanking.
• Lovela reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email/message. Lovela reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Lovela and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Lovela is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased, beyond the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
